Ashley Roland Pillay
Ashley is a seasoned leader with over a decade of global corporate enterprise cloud business applications, hardware and networking skills. Leading multiple teams within business application portfolios in Africa. Prior to his leap into entrepreneurial leadership, he served as the sales leader for global companies such as HP and Oracle.
His expertise are digital cloud transformations, cloud transformational journeys, license consolidation and migrations as well as customer service.
Harry Moduka
Harry is an experienced Independent Legal Consultant with a background as a director, company secretary, and Compliance Officer. He provides training on Anti-Bribery, Competition Laws, and Data Privacy policies. Harry is skilled in negotiating and reviewing contracts, supporting procurement, and legal aspects of tenders. He ensures legal compliance across various sectors, including Public, ICT, Manufacturing, and Higher Education, in South Africa and other African countries.
Harry collaborates well with teams and stakeholders, supports HR on legal matters, and has a network of African law firms for local law support and dispute resolution. He offers expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance support, and works effectively with virtual teams. Harry is available to assist clients with their legal and compliance needs.
Sindy Pillay
Sindy is a professional with a career span of 20+ years in local and Global European , Asia, America, Africa environments and is adept at managing intricate creative projects managing multiple projects simultaneously. She has a broad industry focused experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Communications, IT and Marketing disciplines including but not limited to Brand & Communications formulating innovative marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions, Brand Activation, Public relations, CRM loyalty, Marketing partner alliances, managing E2E events, sourcing and negotiations. Sindy’s extensive practical experience is backed up by multiple professional qualifications Degree in Procurement & Supply , Bachelor of Philosophy Honours , Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing communication.
Samantha Gramoney
Samantha is a seasoned legal advisor with over 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector. She holds a LLB degree (Honours), LLM (Masters) in Corporate Law and a NDip in Labour Law. Her area of passion and expertise are compliance, corporate law, procurement law, contract law, risk and compliance, labour law, debt collections & industrial relations. She is a committed, experienced, and a highly focused legal consultant with a proven track record in the legal sector. She acquires excellent interpersonal skills, and further interpreting, drafting and reviewing complex legal concepts in a way that resonates with both colleagues in the business, stakeholders and employees.
Cathy Stadler
Cathy has experience in a multicultural and matrix corporate environment for almost 20 years specializing in B2B SaaS marketing and an enterprise content specialist. Industry focused and experience in manufacturing, Supply chain, Communications, Retail and financial services. Experienced in content marketing, building ABM and digital strategies incl. marketing automation, progressive advertising, leads buy and multi-touch campaigns for effective 360-degree pipeline generation focused on revenue.
